台中環中扶輪社社長廉純忠今年8月帶領幹部至喜樂保育院關懷，除參訪瑪喜樂夫人生命館之外，也了解目前喜樂服務對象的照護需求，並由環中社提報區總監核定設備補助計畫，幫助喜樂提升身障者各方面的照顧與服務並建構完善的照護品質。

4日國際扶輪3462區總監謝明憲、環中社社長廉純忠、幹部及社員等30多位親自至喜樂院內，捐贈療癒及輔具資源來滿足個別化的服務對象需求，透過購置中文整合型專業版數位拼音語言學習筆，融入服務對象的日常復健課程，使具有溝通及學習障礙的服務對象能夠藉由學習筆的輔助，能認識更多字音與詞彙，進而達到促進語言溝通能力之效益。

由於使用輪椅的服務對象，受到肢體障礙之限制，無法透過一般運動的方式，來達到身體保健之功效，透過輪椅垂直律動機之輔助，搭配適當的訓練，幫助其達成運動復健之目標，改善身體相關機能之運作。另依據早療服務個案的體型，購置合乎比例尺寸的安全座椅，讓早療日托班的孩子不僅能夠坐得安全，更可以坐得舒適。
